SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
We typically pay 50% of your shipping, while some exclusions will apply. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APOs and P.O. Boxes do not quality for 50% shipping.
All packages will ship within 3-5 business days of ordering. All preorder items will ship once all of the items in your order have arrived and are entered into our system.

Our sealed products are sent factory sealed, in the factory wrapping (when applicable) and we are not responsible for rips or imperfections in the wrappings, or missing or damaged components inside the factory sealed item.

Please be aware that there can be delays with manufactures and suppliers getting products out to us, for timely shipping.

When using mail forwarding companies for international orders, we cannot be held responsible for the contents of your package in any way, as we do not have any traceability of the package, and cannot confirm if any mishandling occurred after the package was marked as delivered, during the time in their possession, or in transit from the mail forwarding company to the customer.
Please order accordingly. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not count holidays.
Return & Exchange Policy
Final sale items cannot be returned. Final sale items include, but are not limited to, any trading cards and products containing any trading cards.

We reserve the right to charge a 15% fee on any returns or order cancelations.

We will not refund any shipping costs paid, after an item has been shipped.
Returns must be sent back within 7 days of being delivered.

There will be NO REFUNDS or RETURNS on preorder product. These items are ordered from our suppliers, as orders are placed through the website.
